Every "agency" we touched followed the same pattern: onboard fast, overpromise, deliver a ROAS screenshot, then go quiet. Meanwhile the backend was leaking revenue, the creative was stale, and we had no idea which lever was actually working.
We got tired of it. So we stopped outsourcing pieces and started thinking in systems. What if paid traffic, creative, email, CRO, and operations were all engineered to work together — not handed off to five different people with five different incentives?
